NX lease question, coming from BMW

Hey folks, I’m in a 9 year relationship with BMW (328, 528, and now an X1). I’m thinking about divorcing BMW for an NX.

Can any dealers out there give me a ballpark range how much these SUV’s lease for? 3yrs/12k.

No major options other than AWD, Nav, heated seats/steering wheel.
