Need Help With o2 sensor?

I got a 2005 lexus is300 with 200K on it. I have fixed all of the problems it has and the check engine light is off. I bought an aftermarket long tube full exhaust system for it and it has some weird things about it. The only issue is that the exhaust doesn't have o2 sensor ports. How do i remove the old o2 sensors and still keep the check engine light off without turning off my other working o2's? And can it effect the cars fuel and air system if i remove just the exhuast o2's?
