The new NX just couldn't come any sooner. It's losing so badly to the X3 and GLC. But I guess whatever they lose in U.S. they make up in China so there's no pressure to accelerate work there. But seriously, always being almost two years behind the parent company in new models is just bad.

The RX is very successful and can't think of anything to improve it. There are already a 2 row and 3 row RX. Maybe introduce an electric version of the RX such as the RX 400e...but how many people will actually purchase an electric RX? I think the hybrid RX is just fine.

Lexus should also bring in a 2 row GX as well which would be at a lower price point and have more cargo room than the 3 row GX. This would also increase sales as well. Bring in an F Sport GX as well...

You're welcome! The RX is definitely a huge hit and should ride better under the TNGA platform. Lexus could do more with the RX but Lexus takes it's time and all we can do is wait.

As for the LC that 4K/year projection from Lexus was a bit aggressive. LC convertible and LC F is coming and that should bump up sales a bit. The LC is definitely a beautiful car inside and especially out. Lexus could also bring out a 4 door LC and that would rock...

Worth throwing in here is Lexus Europe's first half-2019 sales report:

NEW UX AND ES DRIVE LEXUS SALES GROWTH

• Lexus Europe(1) sold 40,450 vehicles in the first half of 2019, an increase of 5% vs. last year
• Self-charging hybrid vehicles represented 95% of sales in Western and Central Europe
• Sales increase led by newly launched UX compact crossover and ES luxury sedan

Lexus continued growing at a steady pace in Europe in the first half of 2019. In a slightly decreasing premium market (-2%), Lexus sales have increased by 5% to reach 40,450 units. Significant growth was recorded in several key markets, such as Italy (+51%), Germany (+33%), Spain (+19%), Poland (+13%), France (+12%) and the UK (+8%).

This sales growth is driven by the launch of two brand new models: the UX compact crossover and the ES luxury sedan. After just 5 months of sales, the UX already achieved 8,532 sales, confirming positive market response to Lexus’ first entry in the fast growing premium compact crossover segment.

The strongest sales increase is achieved by ES (+387%, reaching 3,012 units), following market introduction of the new generation model in the whole of Europe(2) at the end of 2018.

With 28,006 self-charging hybrid vehicles sold in Europe in the first half of 2019 (+17% vs. Jan-Jun 2018), Lexus is a leading player in electrification. Self-charging hybrids represent 95% of Lexus sales in Western and Central Europe.
Lexus’ mid-size SUV, the NX, remains the brand’s best seller in Europe with 11,699 units. RX sales reached 8,382 units.

(1) Lexus Europe sales include the European Union countries, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland, as well as the following Eastern markets: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Caucasus region, Turkey and Israel.
(2) The previous generation ES was only sold in Russia and other Eastern markets.

UX really is showing how wrong I was about being a bit pricey... I do reckon, it has an amazing build quality and materials but still, it can be more expensive than an IS300h/RC300h some variants of NX300h/ES300h which to me is too much for a lower segment...

It should have an amazing profit margin
