Future Lexus HUD?

Panasonic unveiled their new HUD system at CES, here's a picture:

Given some of the competition (Mercedes, VAG) already offers this kind of augmented reality, can this be the future for the Lexus HUD systems?

Any future Lexus HUD may incorporate these ideas but I am thinking that any new Lexus HUD product will come from Denso (or some other Toyota Group electronics company) rather than Panasonic, which is not a Toyota Group company. Toyota / Lexus like to keep their components coming from suppliers within their own Family of companies.

yep... although TMC did have Panasonic inside in the past.
