Does this Service history look alright for a 2016 300h?

Can I go ahead and join the family by getting this ES300h? A bit overpriced, but then again I'm getting this from the same dealership it has been serviced from it's whole life.

Is there anything that stands out? The hybrid system has 6 months or 15k miles warranty left, should I be getting a comprehensive extended warranty (3 years or 22,000 miles for $2750)?

I'm excited, thank you for the help!

I don't know what all the service codes mean, so I'm doing some educated guessing here.

If the numbered services all include an oil change, and "Lubrication Service" is just an oil change/filter/chassis lube then it has a top-notch service history up to early 2020 (roughly every 5000 miles on the oil changes, which is the max I go to). The last 2 with the 10k and 9k intervals are not ideal, but understandable given the pandemic and shouldn't have hurt it given the previous history.

From everything I've heard the hybrid system is usually pretty reliable, but the extended warranty is relatively inexpensive so I'd probably get it for the peace of mind if it at least partially covers the hybrid battery and stuff like that.

I agree - it's almost like the owner said "yes" to whatever the manufacturer recommended - kind of overkill but can't hurt. Like you, I'm not thrilled with the last 25K miles, but I'm hoping a Lexus can handle it.

Do you think the transmission fluid should be changed? I'm getting conflicting information and not sure if it's worth the risk.

As you said it's hard to get a handle on what the interval for transmission fluid changes should be. I've seen anywhere from every 30K to every 150K miles. Anecdotally people tend to change it when they have problems, which is often in the 120-150K mile range, so I'd probably do it every 100K miles to try and head off problems.
