2008 Neiman Marcus IS-F

While yes, I'm a Lexus salesman, I'm also an enthusiast. We just took in on trade a 2008 Neiman Marcus IS-F as the previous, original owner traded up for a 2015 RC-F. This one is numbered #24 of 50. Pretty cool piece and attention getter. I figured if anyone would geek out on this as much as I have, I'd run into them here. If you'd care to know more, send me a message. Very rare find. I myself have #28. The wheels and finish were one of the finest I've ever seen on any production car from the factory. I do wish Lexus made them a bit wider than the 19 x8.0/9.0, but they looked incredible with the car. Just out of curiosity, was anything done to the vehicle?

It's bone stock. And yes, those wheels are awesome. One of the best looking wheels Lexus ever offered, if not the best. I myself would love to change the headers and exhaust...

Actually, at first, I didn't want to modify it. But after a few months of research and seeing what parts I wanted to get, it became a game changer with headers and an exhaust (looking for another one at the moment to switch things up).

So Lexus had a buisness partnership with Neiman Marcus? I didn't know that (and I reviewed an IS-F in 2008 when it first debuted). I do vividly remember, though, the Meiman Marcus 2-seat Ford Thunderbirds 10-15 years ago.

From my recollection, the Neiman Marcus special builds were introduced solely within the corporation's Christmas Book. I believe there was the SC430 (Silver Belle exterior/Candy Cane Red interior of 100, 2001 catalog), GS450h (Crystalline Ice exterior of 75, 2005 catalog), LS600hL (Truffle Mica exterior/Alabaster interior of 100, not in catalog but through Neiman Marcus customer program), and IS F (Obsidian exterior/black with white stitching interior of 50, 2007 catalog).
