If you don't like ambient light - disable it. It's a choice. It's not there as a gimmick, it's to illuminate areas of the car that are usually dark at night as well as probably make the glass and origami silk door trim look even better at night.

I don't think there's anything wrong with sharing a platform if there are significant differences between cars within the same shared platform. Jag - Land Rover do it. Porsche - Audi - VW do it. VW Group is huge so I'm sure there's quite a bit more shared there. I'm sure there are quite a few...

My thoughts exactly. They need to relax that angry face on the GS and make it look less aggressive. Actually, the whole current line up needs it. If I want a sporty looking GS I will get the GS F Sport. If I don't, GS please with the all the quietness and luxury of the ES without the bulky...
