Not content to wait until the first NX SUVs reach North America, OpenRoad Lexus in Richmond, British Columbia have imported a NX 200t F SPORT from Japan to build on interest shown by prospective customers.

To further promote the new model, the dealership also commissioned photographer Matt Kwok for a massive gallery.

Smart move by the dealer even if it's a right-hand-drive as it will be an attention grabber!

wonder how expensive it would be to buy an NX in Canada and bring it back to US in order to get the panoramic glass roof and 360 panoramic camera? too much no doubt

Can anybody explain why did the photographer emphasized on this lexus embedded screw: http://lexusenthusiast.com/images/gallery/gallery-lexus-nx-200t-openroad-interior/20141031-matt-kwok-lexusnxinterior-6.jpg what is it for?

I guess he photographed it to show the Lexus inscriptions on the screws. Exposed screws usually reek of cost-cutting and Lexus may have not been able to eliminate it altogether. Hence they went with an inscription to make it look slightly less cheap.

I believe it's a reference to the LFA which used these (expensive) screws internally. Probably had a few left over :)

This screw is featured heavily in the LFA interior design, it's a nod to the supercar.

Could the NX surpass the RX in sales (until a new one)?

It's difficult to say. When the IS came out, sales of the ES actually went up. It could be the same for the RX, we just don't know what will happen. We'll have to wait and see what happens to RX sales once the NX arrives...definitely looking forward...

I can see why the ES sales went up as it was also new and it caters to a wider audience. The NX could eventually eclipse the RX as they are more comparable vehicles - one is just slightly smaller than the other one but also cost less and looks more modern.
