First Lexus RC F Delivered in North America

The very first North American Lexus RC F was delivered today at Erin Park Lexus in Mississauga, Canada — here are some photos:

(The RC F was purchased by Norman Karkada, the corporate account manager at the dealership and a personal friend of mine — I’m going for a visit, so look for more photos next week.)

How do we know for certain it is the FIRST one delivered? A dealership in California or Florida did not deliver/sell one before Mississauga, Canada did?!?!

Both dealerships in Edmonton got at least one of each today. 350, F Sport and F. Here is a shot with the plastic still on.

We are a dealership on the island of Montreal and we got our first two RC's F-sport atomic silver/rioja red yesterday! They are beautiful cars! The only thing that bothers me is the weatherstripping below the window is just black rubber unlike the rest of the Lexus lineup which has a chrome cover...

Lexus of Richmond Hill has one RC F in Nebula Grey Pearl with Rioja Red interior and a RC F-Sport in Ultra white. I saw them doing car prep and detailing those two beasts today when dropping my car for service. Both look stunning. The sound of the RC F was great, even when the car is moved inside a garage. For the RC F - found Lexus has made the battery terminal caps streamlined which is an interesting detail for me. For the interior -- despite the main centre cluster is shared with 3rd gen IS, it is much more refined and plush, particularly in the lower half of the centre panel. They will be in the showroom this Saturday.

This is perhaps the most exciting product roll-out since initial LFA deliveries. I am really ecstatic to finally start seeing these on the road.

I sold my first rc350 last night. Even better I got the chance to deliver it to the customer in Boca raton. I enjoyed the long ride and look forward to selling another.
