Japanese website Response has published three photos of the Lexus IS 300h F SPORT in Ultra Blue:
Ultra Blue will be available as a F SPORT exclusive in most countries (including Canada) — however, Lexus USA will not be offering the color when the third-generation IS arrives this summer.
