Hope the LFA wins... but I wouldnt be surprized if the GTR won. Due to the GTR AWD and such a short track like this plus it has alot of turns the AWD system would pull the GTR out the turns fasrter then the other cars. On longer/bigger tracks the LFA will eat the GTR.

That is not true. GTR is very very heavy car. Lexus LFA is a lot lighter, nimbler and has a much better balance. GTR suffers from heavy understeer so LFA definitely would spank the GTR. The biggest and toughest competitor with the GT2 RS (yes, it is not the GT3 RS, but the GT2 RS with 600 HP). Also the other cars are F430 Scuderia and the Corvette ZR-1.

Fuji isn't short at all, I think with best motoring, it's a good indication, but there are driver skills at play as well. I'd be surprised if the GTR really wins.

Yeah, I remember a test with the IS-F where the driver didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I don't put much stock in their results, but it's still fun to watch. (P.S. Great photos of the LFA Nürburgring Racer! I'll be publishing them later this week.)

I agree... when ever I watch best motoring races I feel that the drivers dont take advantage... they race very "safe". Looks like im watchin a replay on GT5. . . not aggressive at all

That Porsche is a GT2 RS ... which very is a fast Beetle on Nur . There's also a ZR1 & a F430 from Fabulous ... while GT-R is 2012 model .

Agreed. It is the 600 HP GT2 RS, which will be the LFA's toughest competitor since it is the Porsche halo car. The F430 is the Scuderia model. LFA will take down the GTR would much problems. You can write my words down.

I take that back. There is not very good news about how LFA did in this Best Motoring episode.

Well, Lexus LFA had the slowest time for the single-lap time attack, which determines the grid positioning so LFA was placed at the very front of the starting grid and the quickest car is at the very back, which in this case was the Porsche GT2 RS. :-( :-(

So much of it comes down to the drivers, I don't know that I would put much stock in it.
