Drifting the Lexus ES 350

In what is only the latest automotive craziness to come out of the Middle East, I bring you the drifting Lexus ES 350:

I don’t even know if you could call that drifting — more like absolute utter madness.

(Totally off-topic, but Starfire Pearl with panoramic glass roof is probably my favorite ever color/option combo.)

I have to agree with you on the color combo. I'm not usually a fan of the ES 350, but for some reason this one looks pretty good and sporty. I had one of these as a service loaner and I have to say the power surprises me. Great engine; I can see why Lotus chose it for the Evora.

To the average Lexus driver, I'm sure that kind of road behavior must seem MOST unsettling. Better pop a Xanax. ;-)

I love this car's color scheme , but not the rim . While car + black/panoramic roof is my favorite , but I always prefer white/silver rim rather than black .

Making the Lexus owners proud! We need a recreational space like that here in the US!

@WorldofLuxury: We do have a sport here in the States. It's the D1 Grand Prix (D1GP) and Formula D. It's been in Japan for quite some time and is catching on worldwide. and I wouldn't even call this drifting. It hard to explain without showing but in this video, there is no technique or it's not even a control drifting, it just driving crazy causing massive over-steering and doing insane 360 non-stationary drift.

I see those tail lights in that angle and suddenly wonder where Benz got their E class idea.. >:-(

@emptystreets130: aw come on man. They're having fun. And I saw the IS drifting in Long Beach. I said "recreational", like... recreational swimming, not USA Swim. Btw, I know drifting; I do it in my LS all the times :D Do I have control? Well, I know that I have more control than anyone drifting in a stock Lexus LS 400! But it's the cops and the nearby pedestrians that kill the fun.

@Hussam: I don't see any woman in the video, just that. Usually beautiful cars and beautiful women are accompanied
