Some wrinkles are fairly normal in leather-wrapped wheels in my experience, but that does look more extensive than I've seen. Maybe ask your dealer about it?
I turned down a 2020 ES300h for this reason (plus higher mileage and some deep scratches). I know I'm being picky, but wrapping should be smooth and stay that way. Hadn't thought of trying the warranty route...
