Wrinkles and Creases on Steering Wheel of Brand New ES350 FS

My 2020 ES350 has under 400 miles but it has these wrinkles on the steering wheel. Anyone seeing the same thing? Is this normal?

Some wrinkles are fairly normal in leather-wrapped wheels in my experience, but that does look more extensive than I've seen. Maybe ask your dealer about it?

That is a wrapping defect. Take it back to the dealership. Get it replaced under warranty.

I turned down a 2020 ES300h for this reason (plus higher mileage and some deep scratches). I know I'm being picky, but wrapping should be smooth and stay that way. Hadn't thought of trying the warranty route...
