Really looking forward to the new update to the B58. However I think the M350 could be very expensive since it now includes a lot of M-Power level technology. Most people just buy the car for the powertrain and don't need on-track performance. BMW is overthinking it.

I think it’s more so to stay competitive with Mercedes’ 53 line. The cle53 has 4matic+ and now they both have about the same power. The 53 line is blurring the difference with the 63s in terms of design as well. The cost-cutting on the interior will balance out the price haha.

The amount of dilution in interior quality since G20 LCI is very disappointing. Say what you want about Lexus interiors these days, but you won't get worse quality than a 3-series in any Lexus on sale today.

The 360PS F30 340 and pre-LCI G20 M340 will remain the most desirable B58 sedans for a long time.

I went from a 21 m440i to 25 m440i convertible, the LCI honestly did improve some aspects of the interior quality while also removing many features. Both interiors have their strengths but honestly the most recent 2/3/4 interiors are really well done. Idrive 8.5 is very intuitive and easy to use while aesthetically pleasing. I really want to love their newest interiors but it’s so hard to do so. The G65 X5 looks more appealing with the vintage coffee brown leather, Lexus-inspired suede door panels, without optioning the passenger screen.
