Hi.. Haven't heArd this before for the RC F but in the past when multiple owners complain Lexus usually issues a TSB to fix the issue. In the past when this has been a complaint they have switched to different brake pads.

Since the RC F is so new I recommend telling your service advisor.

Had this problem with my 2011 ISF when it was new. Took it to my dealer and they replaced all the pads. No problems since. Just have to know, how does RCF compare to an ISF? Thinking seriously about buying one in about a year.

I have 195 miles on my RCF and brakes squeak while stopping

The RC F has high performance friction brake pads. The squealing noise unfortunately is a characteristic of Lexus Brembo brakes. The IS F and LS F Sport have this as well. A good way to help stop the break squeal is bedding in your brakes. Brembo has a good explanation for bedding in brakes on page 19 of their catalog:

Here's another on Tire Rack:

I never had that problem with my 2008 ISF

Brake pads designed for higher temps (read track) typically use compounds that are more prone to squeaking. No squealing in my CPO 2011 ISF, but we'll see how well the pads hold up under track use. I'd be surprised if Lexus can't solve your issue.

Can you elaborate more about this squeak while stopping? (ie. what type of weather environment, what time of day does it occur, how often does it occur, on a scale of 1-10 how loud is this squeal, and which area is it coming from specifically?)

Loudness 4
From calipers
Always in dry pavement

Ok, which calipers does it sounds like it is coming from? How much pressure would be applied to the brakes when the squeal occur and at what speeds/distance?

I've been searching for any known TSB's for your concern in the meantime. No luck. I would recommend having a Master tech/Diag Specialist test drive with you when you're able to bring it to the dealership and try to replicate the noise and determine a fix. :)

Just placed my order through Speed Freaks group buy for the Carbotech 1521 brake pads. Expect reviews once received and installed, I prob could have dealt with the OEM brake pad dusting (although excessive), but squeezing while braking at low speeds constantly is just embarrassing. They called me Thursday and hoped to be shipping them this past Friday, so hopefully I'll get them and put them on this following weekend.

One patented solution to dampen the notorious brake pad squeal on Lexus "F-Sport" vehicles has been put forth by NRS Brakes. Their pad solution not only includes low-dust performance brake pads, but also includes their patented brake caliper piston-cushion rings to dampen and suppress noise that Lexus themselves issued a national TSB (technical service bulletin) L-SB-0034-18 about. See the pads here from lead NRS distributor BuyBrakes..
