Next Chevy Cruze Busted in the Buff

I've seen pictures of the new Verano, which GM displayed at the Shanghai Auto Show. Unlike the last Cruze, this one seems much closer to the new Verano in its general body styling. The current Verano is quite different from the current Cruze, the Verano being Opel-derived instead of Daewoo-derived like the Cruze. Both, however, loosely come from the overall Delta platform.

I like the side/rear 3/4 view. Not so much the front 1/4 view - looks very Civic-like.

The side and rear is where it looks most like the new Verano....and, to some extent, like the Hyundai Elantra.

Clean but seems like the old dodge neon with its cab forward design years ago.

I think the current model is fantastic.

Looks like Chevy just resurrected the 2006-11/8th generation Civic, which honestly was the best Civic this past decade not counting the 80s and 90s of course.
