Hello all, Doug from NC here. Bought my first Lexus last September, a 2016 ES350 in Nightfall Mica, that was off a 12 month lease with 13,000 miles. I have 35,000 miles on it now and love it! Sorry it took me this long to see what a great car it is, and what a great service experience should be like. I've had all the usual "high end" imports, new and used, and this has been my best dealership experience ever.
I drive about 25K-30K miles a year for work, and usually keep a car about 5 years. So I'm looking forward to my next ES in a few years! The new one looks great.
