Honda Civic Si, Civic Coupe, and Fit Go Away for 2021

Honda will make some changes to its lineup for 2021. The big news surrounds the Honda Civic, which is at the end of its current lifecycle.

The pass this company gets is legendary. They now have zero coupes, dropped the Accord manual and the fun Fit won't be brought back. Outside the Type-R is this possibly the most boring large volume company around.

Funny how the "boring" Toyota is getting increasingly sportier when everyone else is just dropping models...

Honda will never bring any S2000 or other more affordable NSX. The NSX will likely be discountinued soon.

Well if it dont sell it goes away is better then lets just mfg this thing at lower costs by sacrificing quality.

Look at it as a business decision. If it does not sell, cut it from the lineup; at some point it costs more to provide a product than the profits from selling it.

Toyota & Lexus have been doing exactly that for years. Toyota got rid of its sports cars (and only brought them back by sharing costs with other automakers). Toyota and Lexus have been cutting back on 3-pedal manual transmissions for years because so few people drive manual-transmission cars these days.
