GX 460 2020 40-20-40 config

I would like to know if the 40-20-40 split allow for the two 40 seats to remain up while only the 20 split can fold down, allowing a long storage item to pass through. And does it fold horizontal or slightly at an angle? I have two dogs and want to know if I keep it down, they can see the family through the 20 split. I have a 2017 GX now but with captain chairs and our dealership is not open due to Covid. Thanks - anyone with this config could you send a pic?
