    Done that years ago in Mohave desert in summer, (but my SUV was not nearly that nice being a white JC). Super pics.

    Great article and the photography is first-rate, but does the "hot coffee" indicator mean actual overheating? It seems a bit weird to mention in an article with the basic message that the Mojave is no problem for the RX.

    Likely "hot coffee" indicator is same as attention assist in a Mercedes, warning that driver is showing signs of drowsiness/sleepiness.
