Doug DeMuro on why the Toyota Land Cruiser costs 85K

Unlike with most Toyota-badged products in the American market, buying a new Land Cruiser (and, sometimes, even a used one LOL), will essentially clean out your bank account. In this video, Doug explains why. He's a good reviewer...IMO not quite as good as King Alex (Dykes), but he does his job. I've reviewed a couple of Land Cruisers myself (the latest one a couple of years ago)...and they indeed feel and drive like they are carved out of a block of granite, though I'd say that the Mercedes G-Wagen has more bank-vault-like doors.


At 4:08-4:10, I like the way he compares the Land-Cruiser's front grille to the spindle-grille on the Lexus LX570 LOL. :yum
