Our 2008IS250 has had the carbon build up TSB work performed by Lexus at 65k, in 2014. It now has 120k, and same symptoms (hesitation) have returned. We have used premium, synthetics & change filters regularly since buying this car used at 51k. I have tried Seafoam - didn't seem to help. Does anyone use a catch can ?! Opinions and advice appreciated in advance.
