Lexus GS Anyone convert non navigation to navigation?

I have '07 GS350 thinking of adding navigation has anyone done this? Try to do OEM.

Off the top of my head this could be very difficult; replacing the center stack and head unit and stuff would be relatively straightforward, but the navigation version probably has extra power circuits and at least one antenna for the GPS, as well as a computer unit in the trunk. I think it'd be better to just go with an aftermarket head unit that adds navigation and CarPlay/Android Auto.

I've heard good things about the Sony units, but I'm not completely up to date in that area.
