Are these everything launched at TMS? Or are there follow-up launch events afterwards?

I'm a bit confused myself. I don't think that there are any follow-up launch events. (As circumstantial evidence, one South Florida-based car journalist I know was back in the States this past Saturday 26 October after departing from Tokyo from his show coverage there). The Toyota Global Newsroom's 2019 Tokyo Motor Show page only shows 2 production vehicle debuts: next-gen versions of Yaris and Granace (the brand's largest FWD JDM van), and yet I've read several press accounts saying that Toyota (and Lexus?) didn't show any production vehicles there.

That was referring to the 'future mobility theme park', which is their main booth this time. Akio said there's a separate booth showing production vehicles.

Ahh! That makes a lot more sense.
