2022 Lexus ES 350 - Cell Phone Charger inside Center Console

Just bought this rig.......get it home and find they've installed a cell phone charger inside the center console. It takes up half the space of the console! Anyone know if this charger can be removed from the console. Worthless piece of junk to me. Thanks.

Check out a base spec ES, does it have the wireless charger? Look back from 2019-2022. Your only hope is that not every ES since 2019 has the charger. I know there was an earlier style in about 2019 and maybe 2020 which was in the same place but took up a bit less space...

I previously owned a 2019 ES.......wasn't not in that year. Don't know about 20 and 21? Thanks.

Perhaps you can source parts from a 2019 ES console without the charger, and swap parts??

Still checking for info on removal.......but may have to suck it up and tolerate it. But your idea is a thought. Thks.

Yeah it doesn’t charge fast, takes tons of space and larger phones don’t fit. We never use it.

Not sure can it be removed.
