My family has owned the Lexus CT 200h since new in 2019, it has been a faultless mode of transportation.
The gripes that I have with the car is the fact that the suspension is very stiff (& the seats are very unLexus when it comes to comfort) and the infotainment system on a 2019 model car uses the same old interface from the 2013 Lexus IS, by 2019 the RX had a touch screen.
