2016 RX Issues with "no communication" Error Code

I am noticing my 3rd 2016 with this error code, one is with BSM sensor to see dealer and now Im delivering a 9424 with MSRP $54500 and NO sound from the speakers for radio or from the Voice Recognition from the steering wheel. Error Code? "No communication"

Anyone else seeing this?
