Great win for the RX!
Having been in and out of many of the winners, I definitely agree with the appointment of the GLC and XC90. Civic, for as ugly as the exterior is, has a really clean, simple, high quality interior as well.
This has me even more excited about getting the new RX I also agree with the inclusion of the XC90 in the list - it's interior left a lasting impression with me.
Well deserved for the RX especially with the premium-looking Yamaha-crafted aluminum etched wood grain trim.
Having just driven VIP Auto Salon's RX 450h, the interior is really really well done. Nice job Lexus!
Don't even get me started on the XC90 -- been one of my favorite vehicles since its launch, and the new one is unbelievable. In my top five cars on sale today, and maybe the only one not made by Toyota/Lexus.
WardsAuto just posted a new, more expansive dedicated article on the Lexus RX's 2016 Wards 10 Best Interiors award (the previous one covered the whole field):
Also included in their new coverage is a photo gallery:
and a video with transcript:
Bringing this thread back from the dead because, just a few weeks ahead of the WardsAuto 2017 10 Best Interiors awards announcement, the publication revisits one of the 2016 winners - the Lexus RX - in yet another article:
Wow I'm surprised that they liked the mouse unlike most journalists
