120V AC Inverter - Post Purchase?

I'm going to purchase a 2023 RX 350h that has everything I want except the 120V AC Inverter option. Can that option be dealer or customer installed post-purchase?

I would ask the dealer you're buying it from. It might be trivial (pick one up from the parts counter and plug it in) or near-impossible (different wiring harnesses for cars with and without it, possibly even different fuse box and alternator). The 2023's new enough that not much is known about wrenching on it yet.
