actually, i think a lot of us including me as an IS owner, agree with your statement. every other car in this segment had significant power bumps which the IS needs as well, and sales will decrease more and more until they push the new model out
i hope the 4IS addresses the weight issues mentioned here, and the lag of the 2 liter turbo engine i think they should offer these models:
IS300 RWD
IS300 AWD (w/ refined 2 liter engine)
IS350/400 RWD (TTV6)
IS350/400 AWD (TTV6)
IS-F (TTV6 ~450-500 HP)
it doesn't look half bad to me, but what's stupid is if it doesn't have the facelifted styling what do they plan on doing with the RX L when it's time for the facelifted model? this makes me think the RX is not getting too many changes because of so many people complaining about the facelifted...
that's actually a really good point, if it's going to make its way into all the 350 lexus models, maybe it's testing for the next gen RX350 or for the facelifted model, which is good because it can make adequate power for its segment which will probably steal even more german buyers to the RX...
i don't understand why people care so much about the ES becoming the sports sedan of the segment now, look at how much the new camry evolved, 'ES' is just a nameplate, yes it has been the boring granny car for years but look how the RX has transformed for its 4th generation. it seems clear that...
i always look forward to lexus arrivals, but all of them worry me especially the "F" models because they are either too heavy, don't have enough power, or both. i really hope the LCF pulls through and for it to look a lot like that yellow rendering above!
told my father to look at this car online and immediately called our lexus dealership where we get them and asked when he can purchase it and all of the stuff it offers, when he gets it he is passing down his 2016 Infrared RC350 f sport to me as a 16 year old next year! so excited
thats really annoying... a signal turn lighting law? how is that going to hurt someone obviously they look like turn signals so people should not have a problem with it.
