As I was excited, and now slept on the news I’m very excited for this new truck. Pretty sure I will be getting one. TRD Sport depending on the options will be my choice, just need to pull the air dam off the front of it once taking delivery ;)

Mazda axed the 6 for North America. I even wrote Mazda USA an email expressing my displeasure with that.

I hear you but feel quality is much improved. The Platinum I looked at last year had me feeling disappointed but I just looked at a new limited last week and it felt much better than I remembered. Let’s hope this next gen Tacoma roll out is better than that of the Tundra.

Let’s not get too excited by the third row. The “adult” might only be like 5’5” and the middle row seat is all the way forward with a child seat. I’ll reserve judgment until the unveil but my money is on the CX-90 for this segment.

I’m wondering if this will debut with continued partnership with Mazda. The CX90 is set to debut in January, so I’m wondering if these vehicles will be built in conjunction much like the Corolla Cross and CX50?

Please elaborate. I know you previously mentioned no 6 cylinder which I could be ok with. However limiting the hybrid to two trims I’m not ok with. Make it like Rav4 or highlander. Why couldn’t we get a hybrid on almost every trim?
