I, too am satisfied. Its nice to hear the sound coming from all over the car, not just the tinny sound coming from the dash. Its been a long road, but I think we have prevailed....LOL

Well, I took my 2019 300h in for its 10,000 mile maintenance and brought up the subject of the awful audio. The service manager agreed 100% that the sound was awful, said they've had a good number of complaints and even had Lexus reps in to check the sound on the cars on the lot only to be told...

I just battled with Tiffany from Lexus about the stock sound system for the 2nd time last week and was also told all was working as designed. AND, IF there should be a fix or a recall, I would get a first class letter in the mail with instructions on how to proceed. Im not getting my hopes up.
