I hate to say this, but I'm one of the people that left Lexus for Telsa. Electric powertrains are the future in terms of smoothness and luxury. If Lexus can make a successful Model S competitor, maybe I would be willing to go back, however once you drive a Model S you're understand the feeling.
Noooo, Lexus!! 24GHZ radar on the rear?? K band radar is 24GHZ and it makes radar detectors go nuts. You were one of the few to stay away from that for blind spot monitoring, unlike Acura/Honda, Buick, and Chrysler.
While it certainly isn't LS quality, the production standards have significantly improved from the earlier models and I'm more than satisfied with the build quality and especially performance of mine. Now looking forward to my son's Model 3!
Finally. Had Lexus for years and still love them, but I switched over to the Tesla Model S. After all that Lexus has said about electric cars I have been incredibly disappointed. At least they have finally smelled the coffee and moved over.
I have to come to a hard decision in the coming months on what car to get for my son. He's been looking at the Lexus RC 350 F- Sport for some time, but also wants to be part of the electric movement. I currently have a Model S and he's driven that since he got his permit and it just drives so...

Someone screwed up... The post time stamp is 5:00 pm, making me imagine it was an accidental early post.
I knew I had a good feeling about the 4 door coupe look... C pillar looks so much like the mule spotted a while back which I posted earlier in the comments. Looks great, but tail lights look a little too Toyota-esque.
In my development where I live, I've seen two new RX's, and it is beyond me how it still sells so well and why they didn't wait and buy the new one. It's really incredible what the RX does for Lexus, and I can only hope the new RX will do the same, as I'm sure it will.
That's a great question, and only time will tell. The GS 450h, in what is likely starlight black, Krew posted today looks absolutely gorgeous and makes me hope others will see the incredible car that is the GS.
It also doesn't look like they're using the original front blinker design, and a single yellow incandescent light bulb. I really really hope they do use the LED design.
