That matte nebula grey looks even better in video than the pictures. It'll probably be downright stunning in person. I love the blue interior they've done as well. Wish there were a 3rd gen ISF for the 10 years...
I voted yes as well. I really think this LS has what it takes to compete on that level. It's by far the most dynamic LS yet, and the design both inside and out capture that so well.
Saving those to watch later. I know there wouldn't really be much if any "driving excitement" with that ES, but the Lexus Enthusiast inside of me has always wanted one of those 2nd gens with a manual.
The new Ranger looks pretty good on paper so far, and the reveal video was exciting to watch. I really like the mid-size truck segment, and have looked into the 3rd gen Tacoma as a potential next vehicle for me. This is going to make the competition in the segment even better, can't wait to...
Should be interesting to see how Mazda approaches the RX-9. The RX-8, although seen as a great drivers car, was more of a competitor with the Genesis/S2000/350Z. The miata kind of slots in with that group too, so perhaps Mazda will move upscale with the new RX9 - rumors seem to point towards...
Really good points here. The Supra was on Skyline/NSX scale - both of those cars now have incredible performance numbers and have moved upmarket. This class was also much higher performing than the Mustangs/Camaros of the time which are actually really good bargains for the numbers they put...
I think the 86 works. Part of why that car is so good is the balance they were able to achieve with the boxer engine. They went so Subaru who are more experienced with that layout. I'm a huge fan of the car and I think that collaboration worked out well. It's also not a Supra which is one of...
This would be really cool, maybe make it available for F/flagship models. Plus being able to visit the Motomachi plant would be incredible as a Lexus fan.
What would be the reason to keep a V8 if you get the performance you need out of the TT V6 other than being able to say you have a V8? I don't think this should really effect a large number of potential customers as it provides the power, should get greater fuel efficiency and have good NVH. A...
Initial thoughts from me - aesthetically it looks like a stretched ES, Lexus continues to expand the brand imaging across their lineup which is a good thing. It has the "LS" presence as well though, which I'm sure will be even greater in person. I am not a huge fan of the front end, wish it...
