5th Generation RX Discussion: Official Thread (RX 500h, 450h+, 350h and More)

Lexus keeps on downgrading their F-Sport products in terms of interiors, the new RX Fsport has no ambient lighting like the normal version, it has a lot less colors and looks dull and dead with almost all black interior... who told them that looking sporty means stripping the car from luxurious...

It's an F-Sport, with the badge on the side, let's hope all the trims are blacked out.

4th Generation Lexus LX (LX 600, LX 700h) Megathread

We don't like the design of the new one no, many people are hating the design here (middle east) and preferring the old design.

4th Generation Lexus LX (LX 600, LX 700h) Megathread

When the Tundra was unveiled, i had such high hopes for the LX, the interior is clean and well thought, the 14 inch screen is an amazing display, while the LX still has the old 12 inch display which feels small and cluttered with those bezels. The Instrument cluster is straight up a failure, the...

Official Lexus Future Product & Powertrain Megathread

As a 19" ES 350 owner, I'd get the 2.4t in a heartbeat. The v6 engine is so bad paired to the Long-geared 8-Speed, it's so low on torque.

Small things Lexus can do to improve?

Simply press cancel on the steering wheel, or press the pedal fully until you get that "click" at the end, then it overrides whatever you gave it. By the way yesterday I got a ticket for the exact same reason I was talking about.. went over the limit by 3 km/h because I was changing lanes.

Small things Lexus can do to improve?

Sadly I never use the ACC, only in a really long highways, as it leaves very large spaces between cars and decelerate aggressively sometimes , also it deactivates whenever you hit the brakes. On the other hand, the Adaptive Speed Limiter can be useful anywhere, for example slow city streets...

Small things Lexus can do to improve?

Well explained..! It gives an ease of mine of not exceeding the speed limit while on highways maneuvering or overtaking, and safety in city streets.

Small things Lexus can do to improve?

There is a feature that I seriously miss every day for the last 2 years with my '19 ES, it's the adjustable speed limiter, most if not all German brands have it included. It's very very useful, especially here in my country where every street is loaded with speed cameras, you can adjust your...

Lexus Discontinues IS, RC, and CT in United Kingdom

My 19" ES is the last lexus i buy honestly, been continuously let down. Lexus are completely ignoring what their customers want, and i do not see any kind of innovation in their lineup.

    The 2019 ES Sucks

Look at the GS, The Fsport has: -four-piston 14 Inch front brakes compared to two-piston 13.1 inch in the non-Fsport. -265 rear tyres compared to the non-Fsport. -It has more aggressive transmission tuning. -2.3 turns lock to lock steering. They really tried with the GS, i can't say the same...

The Official "I'm Struggling with Lexus" Thread

Exactly! Relaxed "occasionally jerks" unresponsive transmission and lack of power really plagues my ES FSPORT, it has a ton of potential, the handling is really amazing imo, but the transmission is really messing with all the fun... And a turbo charged engine with at least 350hp engine wouldn't...

No V8 Engines for Future Lexus Models

Their Hybrids aren't even as powerful as their petrol equivalents. Yes, a lot of people care about power and acceleration, don't deny that. All of their hybrids are simply boring as hell. Only targeting economy and no driving experience at all.

    The 2019 ES Sucks

The handling of the car is actually very good, i mean the platform is really good on this vehicle, but they really missed out on the F-Sport. Looking at the F-sport GS, it has different engine tune, it has faster gear response, and most importantly, BIGGER BRAKES.. The brakes on the ES f-sport...
