It's very simple. They don't have the right product at the right price. The value of the RX is unbeatable.Holy crap, how the hell did Mercedes fall two spots and Lexus and BMW rise 1 spot?

Imagine sales if Lexus actually had a good lineup?
Especially when the ATPs are lower than the Germans. RX is definitely hard to beat for value when you can easily get thousands off MSRPThe value of the RX is unbeatable.
GX comes in clutch...did it have some good incentives I wonder.Mercedes-Benz said SUVs accounted for 65% of its sales last year, with the new GLA and GLB representing more than a quarter of that total. The Lexus GX midsize SUV, which starts at $53,000 and hasn’t been fully upgraded in 10 years, saw big gains at the end of the year.
For Europe Lexus was down 19% YoY:
TME outperforms the market in 2020 achieve record 6.0% share
TME’s vehicle sales of 993,113 (Jan-Dec 2020), down -9%, showed great resilience in a market down by -20% year-on-year The Toyota brand climbs to 3rd spot for best-selling passenger car brands in Europe Sales performance during coronavirus crisis sustained by high demand for its hybrid models...newsroom.toyota.eu
Also, Lexus’ core volume sales come from its SUV range – RX, NX, UX, GX and LX with combined sales of 57,833 vehicles made up 81% of total volume... This really shows why they killed the IS for us...
Lexus sold more CT's than IS's...
ES alone sold almost as many as CT's and IS's combined!

I guess a new NX will help, but it seems to me like most of Lexus' upcoming models will not be particularly EU-friendly: RX, TX, LX, IS 500, etc.
Doesn't seem like CT will be replaced because of UX, but what other models does Lexus need in Europe to be more competitive? Would something like a mini GX be a good bet there? Or are there any new CT rumors? I have to believe that an updated ISh might have been a decent seller in Europe, but I understand why it hasn't happened.

Lexus should also bring in a 2 row GX as well which would be at a lower price point and have more cargo room than the 3 row GX. Bring in a diesel variant, a hybrid (GX 500h) and a GX 570 as well. This would also increase sales as well. F Sport the GX as well...and bring in Android Auto and more USB's...
