Hey guys and gals, I want to buy a 2007 Lexus is350, it's got roughly 75,000 kilometers but it has no service record. The person bought it in May 2018 and got an oil change but that is about it. My question is, will it run fine because it probably hasn't been serviced for the 75k kilometers.

It's unlikely that's the only service its gotten, but I'd stay away anyway without more detailed service records.
