I must say, every time I go to a Lexus Dealer, I never have to worry about customer service or feel like I'm getting screwed.

Happened to me back in 2002. On a Friday afternoon on the way for skying holiday. Strange noise on my 5 year old second hand GS , called dealer and drove to them. They checked and found that rear brakes on one side was locked. Gave me a brand new car to take on holiday, changed wintertires and roof rail plus luggage. Week later cost were 1500euro orso. But they found that a Lexus should not have this fault. Zero cost and no charge for other car. Now driving my 7th GS and a RCF on order.
