This is just so great. If Lexus can really listen to the customer unlike the German companies, Lexus will be Nr. 1 without going after cheap sales volume. For volume, we have Toyota, and even then, Toyota is just Nr. 1 not for volume but for how good they are at building cars.

Hey, How's the interview going, KREW?

I talked with Mark on Thursday afternoon, and it was an amazing interview. We spoke for almost an hour, though after editing I expect it to be around 40 minutes.

The plan now is to polish it up, release the interview to premium members, then follow it up with a general release two weeks later. Can't wait for everyone to hear it!
