Great to see Lexus has earned what they deserve for CT, GS and ES.

At the same time, it is beneficial to them (and end customers) to have such a report of high visiblity to point out their true weakness where all the recent Lexus owners all experience --- their infotainment system is behind their competitors.

My view has been echoed many many times by other Lexus owners....

Time to incorporate Car Play or Android Auto unless they can improve their own while allowing customers to use their own mobile maps and music player. For example, the old way, sending address from Google map to car navigation, has been working for years for other car manufacturers (eg. Infiniti, etc). Still this is a temporary solution as it is not on the leading edge.

It's actually worse than that. The best of the competitors is still awful compared to what's happening routinely on smartphones. CarPlay and Android Auto should just be standard on everything, from all manufacturers.

That has to be the worst showin g in Lexus history. The Lexus LS didn't even rank Top 3 in its class!

Wild year of testing. VW above average? Kia and Hyundai top mainstream brands? Honda and Acura WELL below average?
