Lexus Canada now offers a custom dash camera built specifically for Lexus models. Available at dealerships across the country, here’s a brief video overview:
The dash camera starts recording video and location data as soon as the car is turned on, with a number of different modes:
- Trip Recording: Footage will continuously record in a loop
- Incident Recording: Records upon impact detection using G-Force sensor
- Parking Surveillance: Records up to 60 seconds following an impact while parked
- Interesting Event Recording: Manually save a short incident
- Adventure Mode: Protect up to an hour of footage at the highest quality video setting
