Lexus Named the Top Brand in U.S. Customer Satisfaction Survey

Lexus has finished first overall in the American Customer Satisfaction Index Automotive Report, scoring 84 out of a possible 100 points.

The annual report is based on owner feedback of vehicles purchased up to three years ago. This year’s results were the lowest since 2004, with high vehicle prices and “recall fatigue” being cited as the leading cause of customer dissatisfaction.

Mercedes Benz, Acura, and Lincoln all tied for second place with 83 points, followed by BMW & Subaru with 82 points.
