Photo: Final Hours of the Third Generation Lexus RX

This time tomorrow, the third-generation Lexus RX will take a back seat to the all-new model debuting at the New York Auto Show. It’s been a long run for the current design, spanning nearly eight years of production and selling over 600,000 units in the United States alone.

(This photo is from Lexus Australia, and it shows three of the five available variants: the RX 270, RX 350 F SPORT, & RX 450h. Missing are the standard RX 350 and the RX 450h F SPORT.)

If I am not mistaken, before launching the current gen ES, we got lot of spyshots. I believe those spyshots were taken in China harbour. No camouflage. This time, there is no such thing. Lexus is really airtight, no photos without camouflage has been leaked to media. The anticipation is killing me. I just can't wait to see the real deal.

That's correct! It was taken alongside the GS.
