Lexus Spain to Release Special Edition IS F SPORT for Lexus 25-Year Anniversary

Lexus Spain will release a special edition IS F SPORT at the Madrid Auto Show to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Lexus brand.

The special edition will be limited to 25 cars, and will have exterior, interior, and mechanical upgrades. The above image is the first teaser of the special edition IS, but as World Car Fans points out, it’s actually a cropped photo of the TRD Japan aero kit released last year:

Knowing what the special edition IS may look like doesn’t take away from its appeal — I hope other world markets are planning similar special editions to mark the 25th anniversary of the Lexus brand.

LEXUS of Calgary had a done up IS350 Fsport with this kit on it. Super clean and fits like a glove. It was slammed on 20" VOSSEN CV3's with TRD dual tipped exhaust. They wanted $8000 for the kit!!!

Maybe Lexus will do something for their 25th Anniversary here this fall. I believe it was January of '89 in Detroit where Lexus was officially introduced, but went on sale in the fall. Lexus needs to do something in their biggest market, the one that started it all..... BD

Come on Lexus, we need to see more F Cars. Where is the GSF and the new ISF? Where is the lovely Lexus LC?
