Following Beyond Memories from Cristina Molino, the second Lexus Short Films feature has been posted on Youtube — this is Echoes, directed by Special Problems:
The film feels so disconnected for the first few minutes, until suddenly there’s a moment of clarity when everything interconnects — it’s great to see “Donny” has excellent taste in automobiles.
This film is a collaboration between Lexus and the Weinstein Company to showcase up-and-coming directors and their artistic vision. This is the second feature to be released online, the remaining three films will also be posted on Youtube — once a week throughout June.
