Lexus Performance Registry

Major news today! Next month, Lexus USA will be launching a worldwide Performance Registry on their website — but it’s been opened early for Lexus Enthusiast readers!

The registry will be an online resource that will let enthusiasts share information on their Lexus vehicles and connect with other owners — making it easy to tap into the collective knowledge that’s invaluable when you’re looking to customize your Lexus.

Once you sign up, you will be able to upload a photo and list the current mods on your Lexus, which is then “pinned” on a map so all other members can see your ride and get an idea of where you’re located. Registration is open to Lexus owners worldwide, and one other cool thing — although the focus is F-Sport models and accessories, any Lexus model is eligible.

From there, there’s all sorts of filtering available, including the ability to sort by club affiliation — which includes this website as an option! This means that any readers signing here will become part of the TLE club, and will be identified on the registry as a member. Other groups will include Club Lexus & My.IS. Very cool!

(It may take up to 24 hours for your registration to be approved — if you have any questions, post in the comments and I’ll see you get an answer.)

But its a little glitchy... it wont save my "mods" (not to mention the allowed characters is WAY to short) and I can't upload a picture

@Nataraj: I had some problems too. I even got this e-mail before I even got to the step of inputting the color of the exterior and interior of my vehicle: Your submission to the Lexus Performance Registry contained inappropriate language and/or imagery. In the interests of fellow users and to help maintain the integrity of the Lexus Performance Registry, please modify your profile. Is my Username "WorldofLuxury" too suggestive? lol

Me too. I can't register. I got the following error: "lat column can not be null".

Just to keep everybody in the loop, here are the current issues being worked on: 1. Inappropriate Language e-mail sent when there was no inappropriate language is used. 2. "lat column can not be null" is under investigation. 3. Some uploaded images aren't showing up. If anyone's experiencing any other problems, let us know!

Also... when I log in, I cant edit my profile. When I click on the button, nothing happens ...

Today's update: 1. The inappropriate language e-mail looks to have been a fluke. If anyone else gets the error, let us know. 2. The "lat column can not be null" error has been fixed. 3. The broken image issue has been resolved. 4. Just some clarification about profile changes -- these also have to be reviewed, which can take up to 24 hours.

For now, you can click the image at the top of this post to load the Performance Registry -- Lexus USA will be launching a new F Sport section on their website shortly, where it will be accessible as well. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated. :-)

My car is not listed under "my profile" ... But it is listed on the master list... Glitch?

Tried to list and update my mods, but when I hit save, I don't get a confirmed msg. Is there a limit to the text size?

Hi Nataraj, I talked with Lexus about your account -- it all looks good on their end and are unable to view your account due to password protection. The team over there suggested deleting your account and then setting up again -- if you still have issues after that, I'll put you in contact with them directly to resolve the problem. Thanks for your patience! :-)

I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing, but there's also a 24-hour waiting period for all account changes. Let me know if your changes don't go through, and we'll go from there. :)

Ok so I made a new account. When I made the account I added my car, mods, and a pic. Today, when I search myself everything looks good but when I log in, in my profile- there is no car there. Only an option to add a new car. I can't edit the one I already saved.

Wicked idea, uploaded my car from aus but ram out of room in the mods description by the time i had just done the body kit and rims, not to mention everything else! 03 IS in South Australia <3

i'm having the same problems as nataraj and jtmiller. also, i unchecked my email address so it doesn't show, but it still does.
