As mentioned, I was finally able to take some decent photos of the GS 350 interior in the dark, so to show off the ambient lighting:

At night, the GS brings a real sense of occasion. The modern lighting makes for a comfortable driving experience, and the door-trim LEDs and super-bright blue light temperature is just-plain-cool.

    Still too much ambient light.  This would’ve been better in a garage with low light, but it would’ve been hard to photograph……

    I find the door panel lights so dim that I didn’t even notice them for three months……and I am a techie kind of guy…….and not one passenger has noticed them.

    They’re definitely subtle, no doubt about it — speaking of the GS lighting, the way the interior brightens when the car turns off is one of my favorite elements of the cabin.

    Tried it in lower-light, but was never happy with the results — these photos may be bright, but they do a good job of showing the detail.

    Going on my third GS, just loving the all new GS 450h, but… To get original 18 inch alloy wheels and winter snow friction tires has been and still continues to be a nightmare. The retailer in Sweden as well as Lexus Sweden is totally lost and can not give any straight answers. Have to wait until end of november to get the stuff! If the car was less than it is, I would change to a BMW or something. Soon I have to cancel important trips due to whether conditions… The service is just bad… Is this the same problems in Canada/US?
