Drift-Modified Lexus LFA on Display at Tokyo Auto Salon

The Tokyo Auto Salon wrapped up yesterday, and one of the Lexus vehicles on display was a drifting-build LFA — here are photos from Auto Culture Japan:

Details are far and few between, but judging from the booth display, the D1-spec LFA was built by Lexus dealership group Osaka Toyopet in partnership with Falken Tires.

Will it race in a drift competition? We’ll have to wait to find out.

It don't have the stock 4.8-litre V10 anymore, the engine that replaced it is a 5.8-litre OHV V8 from TRD, an engine that origin from NASCAR ; the drifter previous use a Toyota 86 with same engine.

Wow, too bad the LFA is limited production. But this is the first LFA build since. Love it.

Yo dawg, we put some downforce on your downforce so you can downforce while you downforce. On a sidenote: I like the look, but at the same time I don't. (lolwut) Maybe if it were a full kit and not just those crappy bolt on fenders that are all the rage these days.
