Lexus USA Dealerships Score High in Customer Service Survey

Lexus, Toyota & Buick have the best dealership customer service experience in the USA, according to the 2014 Temkin Experience Ratings, an annual ranking of companies based on a study of 10,000 consumers.

The three brands all earned a 74% rating, tying for 59th place overall out of 268 companies across 19 industries.

    This is quite unbelievable. I haven’t been in a Toyota dealership yet that has impressed me, while EVERY Lexus dealership I’ve been in has always surpassed my expectations. Never been in a Buick dealership.
