Lexus USA Ranks First in J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study


For the fourth consecutive year, Lexus USA has been ranked the top brand for customer service in the 2012 J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study.

Based on responses from owners of 2007-2011 model-year vehicles, Lexus scored 861 on a 1,000 point scale, 15 points higher than the industry average and the highest score in the survey.
